Coach Drew
I love pouring into people. My life has been shaped by mentors and coaches who believed in me, and now it’s my mission to do the same for others.
As a keynote speaker and life & performance expert, I focus on leadership, resilience, and peak performance. My talks and workshops give teams and organizations practical tools they can apply right away.
I’ve served as the Director of Player Development for UCLA Football and played in the NFL, experiences that taught me how to lead, adapt, and perform at the highest level. Those lessons translate far beyond the field—into classrooms, businesses, and everyday life.

As a kid, I dreamed of playing in the NFL—and I never wavered. To do what you love so deeply that it never feels like work is a true blessing. Now, as a keynote speaker and life & performance expert, I use those lessons to help others find fulfillment, passion, and purpose in their own lives.
